Schedule:                              In office Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5:00 pm

 

Hours/week:                          40 hours per week

Pay Range:                            $60,000-$100,000

Objective:

We are looking for a highly motivated software developer who will work on our Development Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about software development, has a strong work ethic, and loves to innovate, with a technical background in web applications. This role will be building on our burgeoning web services to design and create new front end applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The focus of this position is to be involved in the UI/UX design and development. The developer works in conjunction with our team to develop our in-house software and our client-facing applications, to enable our staff to work more efficiently and to engage with our clients more effectively. As a software developer in a growing company, you will be able to see the direct impact of the work you do and how it benefits others. As you grow in this role you will be cross trained to work on a variety of tasks throughout the application structure.

In this role you will:

• Work with team members and leadership to pursue development priorities

• Take ownership of a project to design, test, document, and implement new functionality

• Design and implement new user interfaces and new features

• Provide expert insight on user experience and work flows

• Update, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing software applications

• Share knowledge across the stack to ensure the team grows their skills together

 

What you bring to the team:

• 5+ years of industry experience developing web applications

• Expertise in designing intuitive and friendly user interfaces

• Expertise in building frontend applications using React

• Experience with Typescript

• Experience with Next.js

• Experience with git

• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
