Brazil is no longer requiring proof of insurance for those entering the country and they still do not require a negative PCR COVID-19 test.

India has extended the suspension of flights until October 31, 2020.  It previously was September 30, 2020.  

Chile has extended their restrictions to travelers through October 14th, which was previously September 29th.
