COVID-19 - Cuba Is Now Open

Cuba is officially open again to travel. Passengers traveling to Cuba are not required to have a negative PCR test before travel. Upon arrival into Cuba, passengers will have to go through temperature checks, screening interviews and a free PCR COVID-19 test.
Beginning December 1, 2020 all passengers traveling to Cuba will be required to pay a health tax of $30 per person USD.
