COVID-19 - Peru Is Open for the U.S.

Passengers from the USA are now allowed to enter Peru.

Passengers will be must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR or antigen test result, or an epidemiological medical discharge certificate. The test result must have been issued at most 72 hours before departure of their first flight.

Passengers must upload their test results here prior to travel.

Passengers will be required to complete a "Declaracion Jurada de Salud" at 72 hours before departure. Passengers must also install and complete a "Pre Registro de Control Migratorio" in their personal device before departure. This will generate a QR code which must be presented upon arrival
