COVID-19 - Puerto Rico Entry Restrictions

All passengers traveling to Puerto Rico must complete the online travel declaration form and have a negative molecular COVID-19 test (nasal or throat swab) that was taken no more than 72 hours prior to visiting. Testing sites on the mainland U.S. can be found here. Passengers must also obtain an Airport Exit Confirmation number and QR Code, which travelers will automatically receive when uploading their molecular test results to the Puerto Rico Health Department’s online travel declaration form.

If passengers choose not to bring the negative test they will be required to self-quarantine, at their own expense, for 14 days or the duration of the trip which ever is shorter.
